Please note
The venue recommends that ticketholders arrive to the venue an hour before the show starts to allow time for ticket scanning and bag checks.
The performance will start promptly and latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

The only arena parking available is 10 blue badge spaces that must be booked in advance. The venue strongly encourages travel via public transport or bicycle as parking options at Stratford and Westfield are available but not controlled by the venue.
The venue request that attendees do not wear so-called ‘Afro’ wigs. These wigs are culturally insensitive and not appropriate to be worn as fancy dress. If any guests are wearing this style of wig, they will be respectfully asked to remove them as a condition of entry to the arena.
The venue request that attendees do not wear anything that lights up as flashing lights, glowing headbands and portable neon wear can be distracting and cause irritation for others.
